Individual therapy is designed for one person (with the occasional support of another person, if appropriate) to help you focus on you. It is a non-judgmental space to explore your individual thoughts, feelings, goals, failures, and anything else that you hold inside. We work to strengthen your sense of self to help you feel strong in your environment and purposeful in your actions.
